I am a first time home buyer. Before I began my journey, I heard a lot of horror stories about the home buying process. I was hesitatnt about starting the process. However, Kat exceeded all my expectations! She helped make this experience amazing! The process was a lot smoother than what I expected. The communication was great. When she was deployed out of state to assist with the SWFLA Emergency Disaster Team, she kept the line of communication open.
